IMPs Distribution
- Preparation of the shipment within 24 hours of receipt of the request
- Shipping at 2-8 ° C and 15-25 ° C by dedicated courier, delivered in 24h (maximum 72h)*
- Temperature-controlled and uncontrolled shipments by express courier, delivered within 24 hours throughout Europe
- Just-in-time delivery (Italy: 12-24h; Abroad: 24-72h)
- Transportation conditions monitoring via disposable data logger
- Use of validated boxes for temperature-controlled shipments
- Use of specific shipment/delivery forms for Clinical Trial
- Management of IMP assignment and resupply requests via IXRS, mail or fax
- Delivery confirmation via system and paper POD by the Investigators
- Tracking the status of requests and shipments
- Distribution in the US, Russia and Australia through local depots
- Completion of import/export customs procedures

- Analytical laboratory
- All areas in different temperature conditions are monitored 24/7 and controlled.
- The Pharmaceutical Plant has primary packaging areas with controlled and monitored temperature and humidity.
