Secondary packaging for each pharmaceutical form;
Labelling with single-language labels or multi-language labels (booklets) randomized or not;
Relabelling or additional labelling for shelf-life extension.

The packaging and the labelling application is manual, while the creation is done through equipment:

a very flexible and improved solution for label creation & printing software. It is able to integrate variable data like randomization numbers coming from an IMP Database and to insert barcode / QR code to simplify traceability at the logistic steps (e.g., BarTender).
Thermal transfer printer: printing machine (connected to BarTender) able to print full colored labels through inkjet technology.
Semi-automatic label distributor: to simplify and speed up the manual work for the operators.

Italian “Bollino” Application

Euromed can either support the MAH with the Ordering process of Bollini at the Italian Mint, acting on MAH behalf for the ordering – delivery and traceability, and also with the application of Bollini in our GMP certified facility.

European EMVO application

Euromed can either support the MAH with the Ordering process of EMVO data traceability, acting on MAH behalf for the set-up, commissioning, decommissioning and also with the application of data matrix in our GMP certified facility.
